Sleeping without clothes is good for not only the physical, but also psychological health – it is recognized by experts.
Lying naked can help to avoid body overheating – too warm bed interferes with growth hormone melatonin production. Body natural temperature provides the best conditions for skin regeneration.

Similarly, those who sleep without a nightdress or pajamas, can reduce levels of the stress hormone cortisol – a person wakes up calmer and weighed mood persists throughout the day. It also helps to control stress-induced appetite, which often results in overeating.

Overheated and anxious people slept and eaten for breakfast more than the one who used to go to bed naked.

Similarly, scientists have confirmed that the best length of night of sleep is seven hours, but the best way is to sleep in the back or in fetal position on the side.
